Our dedicated support team, who are constantly in charge, provides free solutions to any troubles you’re running into. Besides, small customizations are done completely for free. In case, you run into any problems, you need to submit a ticket on our support center. We do not provide support service via the mail or template comments fields. Update
Once you purchase a lisance of our theme, you will be able to notified about updates when it’s being released and you will receive a lifetime update without paying something extra. A regular customer support period is 6 months which is determined by Envato. So, if you need help after 6 months you will need to renew your support service. We recommend you to receive 12 month support when purchasing a theme because WordPress is constantly being developed and you may usually need help within a 1 – year period. Please let us know if you find out any problems within our themes.
